Permira Credit has priced Menlo CLO VI at $401.9m (£300m), according to Alternative Credit Investor.

The deal will bring assets under management across Permira Credit’s global liquid credit platform to $9.5bn. The transaction is the firm’s sixth US CLO in under two years, its fifth of 2026 and its 21st globally.

The 2026 slate comprises three US deals: Menlo CLO IV in February, Menlo CLO V in May and the new pricing. It also includes two European Providus deals — Providus CLO XIV in January and Providus CLO XV in April, which priced at €403.3m.

Jared Adler, managing director at Permira Credit, tied the pricing to “an environment that continues to reward selectivity” and said the firm was grateful for investors’ continued support, according to the report.

Permira Credit has priced 15 CLOs through its European Providus platform since 2018, compared with six Menlo deals in under two years, the same report says.
